Ok ~ Jeanne ~ I hope you don't think this is weird, but I have thought you look like someone I knew for a long time. And I finally figured it out ~ it is this chef on PBS ~ Joanne Weir! What do you all think? I took a picture of the TV while she was on tonight ~ that's why it's the color it is!
