Happy 32nd anniversary to Gary and me! Today I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, go light on the screen time especially news, stretch and move, check in with Dr. Tim, make a Natural Grocers run, see what else flows my way, have nice curbside dinner at home. It's all good!
