Today I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, stretch and move, practice with Tim, house stuff, participate in Emmaus accountability time as the invited guest and recipient of the meal and the hospitality. It's all good!

Mostly trying to calm my dog through these storms, I have never seen her this afraid. Recovering from a little slip up yesterday, trying not to let it continue today since tomorrow is a fresh start. It is going to be a great day!
