Hello Gorgeous! What about this one day, lived the wellness way?
I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, practice, stretch, enjoy a little mindless down time with Di before heading out for some proactive dental attention this afternoon  (sigh!), have a quiet evening. It's all good!

Good luck at the dentist today Jeanne! I am taking care of things around the house, starting to wrap my mind around the fact that soon we will have to go through and move all this stuff out of here. It is going to be a great day!
