100 Days, Day 5: Magic notebook

Daily tasks:

Whenever you think about a particular food you want, write it down in your notebook.

Plan that you'll eat it at another time. If you wish, add the amount you'll have and how often you'll fit it into your program.

Stretch the times farther apart for eating this food. You may discover that after a while, certain foods don't seem as important to you as they once did.

I love this thought process. I will do that today. Working through our new eating plan.

I did this before and it really helped me. I have a little notebook so I will take it out and give it a go!

I need to be more focused on this. I "think" I will remember, or that I know the tracking info I need, but more often than not I have forgotten by the time I need to update my info.
