I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, celebrate "gotcha day" with soul cat Chaz, walk after work now that the dreariness has moved on, practice, date night planned by Gary. It's all good!

Happy gotcha day! Rain all day here, which I actually love. I will stay inside and get all kinds of things done. It is going to be a great day!

I'm going to go for a walk outside. I haven't done that in months. I need to get more walking in, and working from home makes it so easy to just leave my "office" and sit on the couch for the evening.

Today will be different. I will go for a walk, and find a way to do this every day this week. Even if it is only 10 minutes before or after work.
