Struggling but I am checking in. Up on the scale again. I don't understand the steady increase. I am not over eating and my choices are pretty good ones. Watching my portions and making decent choices. Sort of discouraged but am going to keep going in the better direction. I am here. Let's see what the day brings me and what I bring it!

Similar story for me - I'm following "my plan" but my weight nudges up, then nudges down, then nudges up, and back down.... trying not to get discouraged, trying to "trust the process"! Hoping we all can start getting the results we are working so hard for!
