I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, undecorate from Christmas- my tradition is to wait until after Epiphany and then keep a winter tree (white lights, pinecones, and cranberries only) and snow decorations until the end of January; regular household stuff, practice, stretch and move. It's all good!

I'm going to be dropping off a gift basket for my new great great niece. Too bad I won't actually get to meet her! I will do all the things II need to do to keep myself on track. It is going to be a great day!

I'm sitting at work and watching my food choices. I will get on my bicycle tonight after work is over. I'm feeling very accomplished for staying on plan, losing weight, and knowing this will continue next week also.
