New day, new month, first day of the last quarter of the year...my favorite! May this be a new beginning for all those who are struggling or starting over in any way. This is our phase of beautiful weather: lows in upper 50s/lower 60s, highs still in 80s and looking forward to cooler, but a huge break from 100s that were so relentless this year.

Doing things close to home: took Tutti the toot in for bloodwork; catching up on house stuff, baking clean pumpkin/banana bread for a breakfast boost on the soft food plan, picking up late lunch from our fav mediterranean buffet and catching a movie at Di's; evening walk and music vibes. It's all good!
