100 Days Program Day 12: Fuel or filler

The proper fuel is so important to our bodies being able to do what they want and need to do. I have levels of eating clean, from squeaky clean straight and narrow to wide road, but it's almost all clean. It is worth the effort and re-training necessary to finding foods that are both fuel and delicious.

When I'm good, I'm goooooood. When I'm bad, I feel like crap and wonder why I keep eating that junk.
