100 Days Program Day 54: Eating to feel better

Good suggestions here with the non-food alternatives. When only food will do for me, I choose something on plan in a small amount. These days, my food and drink are on point; but I always could use more rest, and I have a body that loves to move more than I am currently moving it. Working on it but not over that hump yet.
