Jeanne- CE!

This is a day of consciously using my healthy tools-- I have what I need and will be mindful of how I handle the intensity. Looks like a rainy day here, but G and I plan to get out for a walk before the Garymama emerges. We will likely just hang here at the house, and then pick up the Garybro for a meal out. I will keep my smile, treat the person in front of me as the most important thing deserving my undivided attention, and offer help with any house projects once we get back to the house. It's all good!
