My takeaway from this one is that drive and energy originate inside your head, along with a lot of other things.

I struggle with this one a lot. When I am motivated I can do anything. When it is gone, I really can't force myself to go through the motions. I do have a list of tricks that I know help me out, but when I'm lacking motivation I can't even get myself to look at the list. I need to keep it in my head that it is a choice. I need to work on this one.
