Three weeks into new year

So... tomorrow is January 21. Three weeks into the new year. How are we doing?

Have you met goals most days?
Have you exercised?
Have you eaten healthy & clean?
Have you decluttered, read, been more positive or whatever it was that you intended to do?
Is anything different than it was in 2021?

If your answer is yes!!! GOOD FOR YOU!
If your anser is no!!! What are you going to do to turn that around?

Great post! Starting out strong here with a few little stumbles, mostly remaining in my head before I make an unwise wellness choice. My solution is to go into "do it anyway" mode, knowing how great it feels to make progress in the unfun areas of life.

I will answer the last question: Is anything different than it was in 2021?
My answer is actually a summary of what I just posted on my blog -
NOTHING is too small to count - what counts is showing up and executing even on the tiniest, most minuscule of actions more consistently and train myself to know that it is ENOUGH.
