First day of holiday break, and already in another world! G has left for a solo trip to Florida for special events on both sides of his family: a memorial gathering for his uncle who passed in July, and a birthday celebration for his aunt. I am actually thrilled to not be going, except that G will get to visit my chotwin Bob, and I won't.

I'm holding down the household and holiday fort here with lots of planning and prepping. This morning, Tim and I are checking out our performance venue for next week. Di and I will do our usual FriYAY chill time, and this evening our Mobile Music Ministry group will be rehearsing at Tim's, which is always fun. 'tis the season! It's all good!
