Between having a guilt-inflicting upbringing and now knowing that all of my choices have consequences that either enhance, maintain, or lessen my wellnesss, I am not a candidate for sneak eating.

I don't sneak eat, per se, but I am alone most of the time so most of my eating is actually done while alone. So while I'm not sneaking off to eat, I'm sure some of my off moments wouldn't happen if there were people around.

This is something I struggle with. If I am alone, I tend to munch on this or that, and more often than not ~ I overindulge! I need to work on this.
