After work today, the plan is to buzz by Natural Grocers, practice, decorate a bit (almost there!), and be treated to a date night by Gary. 'tis the season! It's all good!

I just had my phone call with the people at the Dizziness and Balance Institute to start the process and hopefully figure out a way to help me with my vertigo issues. I will do all the healthy things, no matter what. It is going to be a great day!
