WELL, Wonderful Warriors, how's a little Wellness Wednesday playing out for you today?

I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, take this TX winter day as it comes, participate in Emmaus accountability time as the host and provider of the meal and the hospitality, weather permitting. We don't winter well in TX but to be fair, this time is predicted to be just ice with nothing for traction; schools are open. It's all good!

We had the most beautiful huge snowflakes falling this morning. Nothing stuck but it sure was pretty coming down. Tonight we are supposed to get slush and ice. I'm just hanging at home taking care of this and that and awaiting some deliveries. I will do all the healthy things and it is going to be a great day!
