Hello Gorgeous! What's shakin' in your neck of the wellness woods on this one day?

I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what, keep calm and carry on at work with my brilliant but needy teens, rehearse for a recording and upcoming service with trio buddies Susie and Kim, go to chorale rehearsal this evening. It's all good!

This and that around the house again for me. I will do all the healthy things and hopefully make it out for a walk or bike ride during the warmest part of the day. Highs in the low 50's today, yesterday we hit 80! I'm not ready for the heat of summer but I do enjoy when it is nice enough to get outside. It is going to be a great day!
