Happy Weekend to you and yours! How will you live well and BE well just for today?

I will be Clean Lean Green Jeanne no matter what; take Chaz in for a second opinion (nothing serious; I just think my vet is a little procedure happy, which I am not); sing a memorial service for someone I know at my church -- whose wife sings with me in our little choir; stretch and move; balance out with ordinary household things. It's all good!
