We have a meeting this morning then I'm off to Whole Foods. It's going to be a busy week, I need fruit and stuff to grab on the go. I will do all the healthy things today. It's going to be a great day!

Trying new goals this week.
Food - Measure it all and input it on here. (So far so good) Exercise - Challenge myself to keep a heart rate of at least 120 beats (Fat burn) Sleep - 7 hrs every night. (Last night 5 hrs., couldn't sleep) Water - 130 oz of water per day. (I'm at 80 right now)
I want to see if this helps this crazy, weight gain that I can't explain.
