Today I am at Lake Austin Spa Resort with my travel buddy Susie for our first full day's adventures! Food is healthy and fabulous, it's peaceful here, the scenery is beautiful, we have already done a breathing class and a yoga class; getting out for a paddle board experience in a bit, and have a massage scheduled late afternoon. It's all good!

Just got home from the funeral. Your day sounds much better, Jeanne! It was as beautiful as could be, it was nice catching up with all kinds of people. I'm all hugged out and now I need to melt into my chair and possibly slip into a coma.
