Thankful for safe travels and a wonderful getaway, but home is still my favorite place! Nothing on the schedule today as I get back to my home groove, but I am refreshed and renewed to live well and BE well. Real living for me always includes my Loves, music, meditation, stretching, moving, eating clean, and hydrating; yet I do stray away from each of these things occasionally- why, I'll never know. It's all good!

I'm hoping to have a low key day. Rest and alone time is what I really need right now. I may venture out for a walk...depends on how many neighbors are out. LOL It is going to be a great day!
