Today I will work in my garden, do a deep clean of the fridge and pantry, step on my yoga mat and eat as close to the earth as possible. I am in need of a detox after a lot of restaurant and pre-packaged freezer meals. My body needs clean food. Today is the day. And it is going to be a great day!
