Today I plan to get out for healthy lunch with Tim for his belated BD treat, make a Whole Foods run, practice music, do home yoga, get out with Di to choose a new floor for my shower, let the non-crucial adulting be what gets pushed to later, if at all. This is my summer-Jeanne season to refill my vessel and catch up on the heartsinging. It's all good!

Today I am making my way thru my checklist for keeping my house clean, and picking one project. I will do my yoga and I am also swimming today. We are swimming with family and catching up...enjoying some "me" time with family.
