As my dad used to make sure to say every year on this date, "What is so rare as a day in June? Then, if ever, come perfect days." New month, new beginning! So far things are going well with the Garymama here in San Antonio. With hard work and answered prayer, I have been able to be fun and lighthearted with her, and for that I am grateful. I will live my wellness lifestyle today, no matter what. It's all good!

Happy June! I'm ready for this fresh start. I had all my healthy meals planned and then my bff called and wants to do lunch. Such is life, I will go and enjoy and not overdo it, and everything else today will still be on track. Rain here today, which is a good thing because it will force me to stay inside and get things done. It is going to be a great day!
