Today I plan to fit in some household adulting, home practice and later rehearsal with accompanist and singin' sistah Carol, plan and prep, stretch and move, make sure to hold space for down time. It's all good!

I plan on exercise, housework... Putting clothes away!!! I am so guilty of them laying there all folded screaming put me away...Some family time, a retirement party and just a great day.

Spent the morning working at my mom's house, it's never going to be done. Now I am going to do a little rebounding and then go clean out a drawer in my bathroom. Because I'm a wild woman. It is going to be a great day!
