Today I will be home until mid-afternoon, BEing mindful of my wellness and tending to things around the house, hoping to get beyond the barely-keeping-the-status-quo household management stuff. Late afternoon/evening, I will participate in Emmaus accountability time as the invited guest and recipient of the meal and the hospitality. It's all good!

Today I will spend some time organizing my garden shed. I will make time for intentional exercise. I will cook something healthy instead of something easy. I will hydrate (ugh). It is going to be a great day!

Today I have worked in the garden, did some yoga and now getting ready to do some yardwork. Getting in my water, and vitamins....
