Triple digit time in TX, so I've already walked and done arm exercises. I will head out for healthy groceries, check in with a few folks, practice music and be mindful of more movement (I am much less naturally active in the off season), participate in Emmaus accountability time as the host and provider of the meal and the hospitality. It's all good!

This morning it's raining so I'm getting some stuff done around the house. Hope to go for a bike ride and walk later on. Trying to put together some info for a sibling trip in September.

Packing for Florida and going to the Braves game tonight. We are taking my 83 year old mom which as never been to a game. She is super excited.
