Another day of connection with my homies, including church, afternoon lunch and walking around town with the biofam that can manage it, a casual BBQ with a few more classmates, plan and prep for our early morning departure tomorrow. It's all good!

I plan on relaxing, taking my supplements, getting laundry done and a few other things like grocery shopping and planning for my last real week off work. Actually I start back to work Friday.
