More catching up from the trip today; yesterday just kind of swallowed me up! Mostly a random day at home going with the flow and taking time for wellness, then Emmaus accountability time as the invited guest and recipient of the meal and the hospitality. One day I may learn for sure that everything takes longer than I think it does-- but today's not the day and tomorrow's not looking too good either. It's all good!
