This morning I plan to sing in church, then have a little power snack and head over to an assisted living facility for their Sunday worship service; my trio is singing three anthems as part of the special music offering. After that, it's Sabbath rest Sunday, to do or not do whatever, whenever. It's all good!

Heading to Rural King with the hubs. Not my favorite place to go but want to spend time with him so Rural King it is. I will do ALL the healthy things. Yoga, hydrate, clean food. It is going to be a great day!

Trying to get more organized and less stress. My hair seems to be taking a toll with my life changes right now and I'm shedding way more than normal. Yikes.
