Grateful to have been able to rest well this weekend; this is the best I've felt all week. Patience does not come naturally to me, but I will practice it anyway to do my part to heal. I'll do online church with BFFgirl Di this morning, catch up on my list of more sedentary things, make room for music vibes, hit the hay early. It's all good!

So glad you're feeling better! Today I hope to get out and do some garden things, it's raining at the moment though. I will keep my eating clean and make time for intentional exercise. It is going to be a great day!
