100 Days Program Day 4: Boundaries, not diets

I like this one; reminds me of the Richard Simmons days when he said that it's not a die-et but a live-it! As a recovering perfectionist, I got to goal with the mindset of being open to setting boundaries (and flexible ones at that) I could live with happily ever after-- rather than setting myself up for failure with something unrealistic for our unpredictable life situations.

I like this one too. A rigid "diet" is never going to work for me. A general lifestyle of how I typically eat allows room for all those times when life happens. I think I have the boundaries part just right, now I need to get the just do it anyway part right and I'll be good!

I agree Lyn as I like to be able to cheat once in a while and not be so rigid. I realize I must stop with all the "snacks" at night. So, we begin with boundaries.
