I like this one a lot, as is. If I care about wellness for life, then I need to be the #1 advocate for the choices that will make it happen, and the best guardian for something so important to quality of life.

Yes! This one is soooo important! Especially the part about not discussing your "diet" with others. People have a lot of crazy ideas when it comes to losing weight and that doesn't mean it's what's right for you. For me it's pretty easy now to protect my plan when it comes to food pushers and parties because most of their food has ingredients I don't eat. I guess I need to get better at protecting my plan when it comes to MYSELF.
