Glad for a new day after hours of woes last night and this morning with technical support over a huge issue with change of phone carrier; forward march! The rest of the day will be catching up on things at home, getting outside, and planning and prepping for dinner guests (dear longtime friends). It's all good!

I'm gone walking today and, I'm planning to ride the exercise bike, and get some things done around the house. My progress with weight loss has been slow. I think I need to kick things up a notch.
