Brenda got a fatal error on her page when she tries to log into SYD

Has anyone have that happen before? She has been logging and entering her weights, etc but can't get in since last night....

I am going to message help but not sure if the site is supported anymore. She is doing really good so don't want her to lose her momentum.

Any help would be awesome!

Yes, several of us have had that happen. Sometimes it resolves itself, last time I had to message Admin and they did something to get me back in.

Very recently when this happened to several of us, I clicked on help tab and submitted a message, and corresponded back and forth with someone soon after.

Brenda got back in! But I emailed the help from mine because she could not get to that screen. Interesting. Hopefully it will always be able to be resolved! Thank you for letting me know that it was not an isolated case! Cheers.
