Still in Austin, but heading out soon for a leisurely drive home. Austin has a trendy Boho vibe in a lot of areas, so it's easy to find good food and good music, which we have, with the help of young locals. Other than that, just heading home and doing whatever whenever. Hoping to get in some intentional movement and practice, but we'll see what awaits. It's all good!

I'm aiming for intentional movement today but as of now I am sitting in my chair with my dog napping on me. My ear is still clogged and randomly bleeding. I will be making an appointment with an ENT. Finding it hard to get motivated today but hopefully I'll figure it out. It is going to be a great day!
