Thankful for safe and fun travels, but there's no place like home! Today I plan to sing in church, followed by a bit of catching up on the home front; but mostly a Sabbath-y day of whatever whenever-- yoga and music, perhaps? It's all good!

I am committing to do yoga today. I woke up with a gain (deserved) and I need to reclaim my life. I had 4 dogs and 2 cats at one point and it was easier than this dog. LOL I don't have a second of peace anymore and it is getting to me. He is adorable but he is stubborn. I will try my hardest to do all the healthy things. It is going to be a great day!
