Here's an easy one: track your green dots, whatever a green dot means in your wellness world. I don't know why, but this simple daily reminder always motivates me; and even if I stray for a day, there's still lots of green. Everyone is welcome in any way!

Morning, Joan! Any preference as to staying here for this thread in March or moving to the new app? It's pretty much just the two of us most of the time, but this is a real motivator for me! I haven't explored the new area much. I'm leaning toward "if it ain't broke..." but definitely willing to try new things.

GOOD MORNING, Jeanne. I've been trying to decide which way to go as well! I would definitely miss this thread and really have appreciated that you have kept it going even though it's pretty much just you and me. Hmmmm..... maybe we could continue here for March and then we both might be more familiar with how the new one works and decide from there. What do you think?
