Pacing my energy today, as I am planning to get back to chorale rehearsal this evening. Thinking of everyone in their crazy weather this week, especially if severe; so unpredictable everywhere. We've had a couple days of 80s, and tomorrow a struggle to get out of the 50s. It's all good!

We had a crazy day yesterday, that's for sure. Today I am cleaning house and focusing on eating clean. It is going to be a great day!
