OMG! I don't know what it means but I usually only see a few at a time, and never in a yard. Wow!

Yikes! Seems weird for Ohio as I remember it. We do have lots of weird bird activity here that comes and goes, but that's the nature of where I live.

I actually heard them on our roof! . It really gave me the creeps! They are a protected species here in Ohio. Friends of ours live way up on a hill and a few years ago the vultures took up residence on their house. They were pecking on the windows and other parts of their house, actually doing damage. I think someone from the Department of Natural Resources helped them get rid of them in a no -lethal way.

That is so weird! It is a bit creepy! I'm sure they could be a nuisance.
