Hi Jenny, on my home SYD screen there's a link about a new app, and if you click on that there's another link to access the new program. Nothing will change on this side as a result of exploring the other side, and there are no charges or anything.

On mine, if I click on the StartYourDiet.com at the top it takes me to my home page and then to the right of the StartYourDiet.com is the link to the new site. If I remember right, if you click through that link you won't even need to sign in but if you use the link I posted I think you'll have to sign in.
