2025 will be The Year of HOPE! Hope for whatever you desire.
Whether it be your weight loss goal, finances, health, personal issues
or maybe a move. Believe and receive it.

So far this year I'm doing much better on loss. Only 17 pounds more to meet goal....
I have a Coach help from my sister in-law who I report to on food choices. She is much younger and even tell her BP numbers. A blessing for sure. Pray all of you SYD buddies doing well too.
