Hi I'm a long time member here, in Maintenance, but still very much appreciating interaction with other wellness-minded ones.

This classic version of the site used to be very active, but now has mostly moved to the updated part of the site. Please know everyone is welcome on the message boards. There are several regulars there, but is definitely open to newbies. We all want to live well and BE well!

I always start on this side of the site. To get to the more active side, on my screen I click home on top left; click start your diet app top middle; click access new program, then once there, click message board on left.

It is free and does not change your participation on this side. I was afraid to click through when this was starting out, thinking I would lose everything here.

Well said Jeanne. I am back here to track my weight and progress and the new site isn't as helpful to me as this one that I am comfortable with. Newbies are always welcome and enjoyed.

Hi ladies, I am still with the old system as I am not that computer savvy at 76. I am doing well. I have only 24 pounds left to goal which can be 4 pounds each month July- December 2024. Now to do!
this is my hard part as I am not sure what foods to eat enough of to lose the 4 pounds each month. But on I go! Pray all is well with you as well.
