I will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what. In October, this means sticking to the lower carb end of Eat-Clean guidelines with any treats or unplanned choices in moderation. I will also be kind and gentle with myself in being mindful of the power of baby steps, and keeping all wellness checkpoints in rotation, knowing that all wellness checkpoints do not fit into every day.
