My father use to say "Mind over Matter". .. I never understood it until 14months ago!
Our FreeWill, controls us to allow us to do what ever we want! Its the Devil/ While our Bodies have a mind of its own it wants structure, fitness, fun, joy and excitement. When we deprive ourselves from this and use our Free Will, We Deprive ourselves from ourselves. When we stop using our FreeWill is when we Achieve High Goals. That is my Lesson for the last 14months! I should have learned that at 7 yrs old. Now, I have Power over my Mind, Body, Actions and Thoughts. The end!

I've gotten out of sloth mode but have just been in busy mode, not necessarily moving my body in the best way mode so in March I will focus on returning to my yoga mat and hopefully will be able to get out and walk a bit too!

Day 1, March 40days/ 40nights Fasting: Infusion Water, Seeds/nuts and Communion Grape Juice and Cracker, Prayers. 1lb a day. 10am Friday to 10am Saturday. 2nd Go Around!

The hardest part is the last few pounds, its mind boggling. Like Hurry up its only 3 pounds how hard can that be after all the weight, I expect at least Friday to reach my goal.

I have to burn 3,500 calories x 3 = 10,500 calories thats all i have to burn...
You can lose 3 lbs. by cutting calories from your diet, working out and ... (1.4kg) a week by making lifestyle choices that burn or reduce 10,500 calories per week.
