I'm in! I usually set up a monthly green dot competition for staying on plan, and this looks like it will fit the bill perfectly!

A green dot day for me is being Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what, which means striving for wellness in all areas (maintaining healthy goal weight range, exercising, hydrating, allowing for rest and down time) staying on the Eat-Clean plan in moderation, and allowing special treats only as samples or if planned for ahead of time.

I am in ~ I am in a stall with seeing the scale move downward even tho I maintain a green dot plan daily ~`so June is a new month with new possibilities
