I will will be Clean Lean Jeanne no matter what! I am thrilled to be cleared for more exercise after my arthroscopic knee surgery! I have signed up for a special 12 week program designed by Tosca Reno, and I will not know all of the details until the first of the month. The plan is to follow her plan closely, and adjust as needed for a custom fit.

My vacation was great and now I'm ready to begin a new month in the "green"!
Cutting down on carbs, staying in calorie range and riding my bicycle will be on my daily schedule.
