Last week I had a huge gain and my goal is to lose the 3lbs I gained. If I can gain it in one week I should be able to lose it again in one week right

Still weighing in the same today at 183.4 lbs, so far that's 0 for this week.
I hope something happens this week. I'm 4 lbs behind where I'm supposed to be. According SYD my goal this week is supposed to be 179.6. I don't like being behind schedule!

I'm done 1.4 lbs for the week so far.

Happy to report that the 3lbs is gone and a bonus 1.6lbs.
4.6 lbs so far

I'm also going to keep an eye on the monthly and annual competition because I don't want to find myself losing and gaining the same 2lbs every week

Oh my gosh, I just had the same conversation with Lyn!

That's why I'm telling you guys my weight. I feel like if I say it, then it's reality not 5 lbs gain, loss, gain, loss. We are thinking a like.
